This statement applies to lithosdiamond.com, operated by LITHOS Diamonds LLC. It does not cover third-party sites reached from links here, or content hosted on social media platforms, which are governed by those platforms.

We want everyone to be able to see a stone, ask about it, request a memo and place an order. Where the site gets in the way of that, we want to know, and we will find another way to serve you while we fix it.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines define requirements for making web content more accessible. We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully meet the standard. We state this rather than claiming full conformance, because full conformance is not something we can currently demonstrate across every page and every stone listing.

We do not rely on any accessibility tool, plugin or overlay to establish conformance, and we make no claim that any such tool brings this site into conformance.

We know about the following and are working on them. If one of these is blocking you, use the alternative described.

• The 360 degree stone viewer. Supplied by a third party. Keyboard operation and screen reader labelling are limited. Alternative: ask us and we will describe the stone in writing or on a call, including proportions, culet, inclusion pattern and how it behaves in light.
• The diamond search tool. Supplied by a third party. Filter controls and results tables may not be fully labelled. Alternative: email us the specifications you need and we will send matching stones.
• Checkout. Supplied by our ecommerce platform and outside our direct control. Alternative: we can take any order by email or telephone and send a payment link or an invoice.
• Stone photography and video. Our images carry real information about a stone, and text alternatives cannot always carry all of it. Alternative: ask and we will describe any stone in as much detail as you need.
• Older pages. Some pages published before 2026 have heading structures and colour contrast that do not meet the standard. We are replacing them.

By email or telephone you can view stones, request measurements, photographs or video, submit a trade or memorandum application, place an order, and arrange payment and delivery. Trade terms and pricing are identical either way.

Tell us what is not working. Include the page address and what happened, and if you can, the browser and assistive technology you were using.

We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to tell you either that it is fixed or how long a fix will take. If a fix will take time, we will complete whatever you were trying to do another way in the meantime.

Say so, and it will be reviewed by the owner of the business.

This site is built to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop and mobile, used with the screen reader and magnification tools built into those platforms. It is not tested against browsers more than two versions old, and some functions require JavaScript.

Accessibility of this site relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript, together with the accessibility features of the browser and any assistive technology in use.

We assess this site by internal review, using keyboard-only navigation, screen reader testing, and automated contrast and markup checking. We have not commissioned a third-party audit. When we do, we will say so here and publish the date.

We are a United States business selling internationally. Requirements differ by jurisdiction, and this statement is intended to meet the substance of the standards applied under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the European Accessibility Act, without claiming certification under any of them.

This statement was prepared in September 2026 and is reviewed at least annually, and sooner following any substantial change to the site.
