When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 24 hours, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

How does my order ship?

Orders are shipped signature required via FedEx Overnight or 2- Day unless otherwise requested.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Please note carrier delivery delays can sometimes occur.

What is your Return Policy?

LITHOS Diamond offers a 7-day 100% money back guarantee for merchandise returned in its original condition with no modifications or alterations whatsoever (minus shipping expenses).
It is buyer’s responsibility to inspect the stone upon arrival for any damage as claims must be made within 48-hours.
We are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds for special orders- these are a final sale.
All returns must be accompanied by an RA issued via email
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs including insurance.
It is buyer responsibility to package returned stones to ensure original condition and in accordance with their shipment insurance requirements.
Stones lost or damaged in transit are not eligible for refund.
Upon satisfactory return, a refund will be issued within 7-business days.
