Email sales@lithosdiamond.com for a Return Authorization (RA). Returns sent without an RA can't be processed.

No- special orders are final sale and can't be cancelled or refunded.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance. We recommend insuring the return for the full value of the stone. We are happy to send you a FedEx label for return and deduct from any refund due or add to an invoice.

Refunds are issued same business day of us receiving back a new, unmounted and unset satisfactory return. Please note they may take up to 5 days to process to your account.

Memos received before 4:00 PM PT ship the same day. All memos ship priority overnight by default. If you'd prefer standard or 2-day shipping instead, specify it in the notes section before you submit your memo request- otherwise priority overnight ships automatically.
