Our design team reviews the inspiration and translates it into potential cutting layouts, ensuring that the vision is technically achievable while maximizing brilliance and weight.
Using advanced diamond-mapping software, our cutters create a 3D plot of the proposed shape from a rough lab diamond.
This step balances symmetry, facet alignment, and carat yield to achieve the perfect balance of beauty and efficiency.
The plotted design is prepared for client review.
The client receives digital renderings of plotted layouts to confirm the cut before production begins.
At this stage, any fine adjustments to proportions, facet arrangements, or overall outline can be made.
Once approved, an invoice is created and the order is locked in for production.
Our master cutters in Surat custom cut the diamond using a combination of precision laser sawing, faceting, and hand finishing.
The completed diamond is then cleaned, inspected, and prepared for final quality control.
Uncertified Option: Production is typically 6 weeks from approval to delivery.
IGI Certified Option: With full certification, the timeline extends to 8 weeks to allow for grading and documentation.
